An elderly woman got pulled over by a highway patrol officer for driving over the speed limit.
The officer leaned in and asked,
“Ma’am, were you aware you were speeding back there?”

Just before surgery, a man was seen sprinting down the hospital corridor in his gown, clearly trying to escape.
A staff member caught up to him and asked,
“Sir, what on earth is going on? Why are you running?”
The man gasped,
“I overheard the nurse say, ‘Don’t worry, this is a routine procedure. I’m sure everything will be just fine.’”

“She was probably trying to calm you down. What’s the big deal?”
